QBE UK Limited registered in England (No. 01761561) (“QBE UK”).

QBE Underwriting Limited registered in England (No. 01035198) (“QUL”).

QBE UK and QUL are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority with their registered offices at 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BD.

QUL provides outsourced services to Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. (“LIC”). LIC is authorised and regulated by the National Bank of Belgium. In the UK, LIC is deemed authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority. Subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and limited regulation by the Prudential Regulation Authority. QBE Europe SA/NV (VAT BE 0690.537.456, RPM/RPR Brussels) (“QBE Europe”). QBE Europe is authorised by the National Bank of Belgium under licence number 3093. In the UK, QBE Europe is deemed authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority. Subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and limited regulation by the Prudential Regulation Authority. The nature and extent of consumer protections may differ from those for firms based in the UK.
